Alpha Phi's commitment to philanthropy has been deeply rooted in supporting women's heart health since 1956. With heart disease being the leading cause of death for women in America, our focus on this cause is both urgent and vital.

Our chapter's philanthropic efforts are channeled through three main events: the Red Dress Gala, Alpha Phifa, and Mac'N'Phis, all of which contribute directly to the Alpha Phi Foundation. The funds raised through these events are utilized to provide grants benefiting women's heart health, as well as supporting scholarship, leadership, and educational programs for Alpha Phi members committed to this cause.

The Zeta Gamma chapter has consistently been a leader in contributing to the Alpha Phi Foundation and advancing women's heart health. Our year-over-year recognition as the Top Donating Chapter in both the western quadrant AND internationally is a testament to our dedication and impact in this important area. This past year we raised $147,000, which is the most any chapter has raised for a single year!
